Pre-match Schedule:
– 75 minutes before the match: Arrival at the field. Note! 45 minutes for early games.
– 60 minutes before the match: Changing and getting ready.
– 45-30 minutes before the match: Role meetings, medical follow-up and voluntary activities.
– 27 minutes before the match: Start warming up. The group gathers first and repeats the importance of warming up with quality.
– 8 minutes before the match: Players get ready. Note! Earlier in the finals.
Warm-up Routine:
– 25 minutes before kick-off = Block 1 (8 minutes); agility
– 17 minutes before kick-off = Block 2 (4 minutes); passing in pairs (2v2).
– 13 minutes before kick-off = Block 3 (4 minutes); possession 8v3/8v2 or technique.
– 9 minutes before kick-off = Block 4 (1 minute); sprints/interval runs.
– 8 minutes before kick-off = Individual and getting ready.
– 3 minutes before kick-off = Review of the “game plan.”
– 1 minute before kick-off = Motivation circle on the field.
– Note! For shorter warm-ups, agility lasts 5 minutes, and blocks 2 & 3 are 3 minutes each. This means starting warm-up 20 minutes before kick-off. “Emergency warm-up” = agility + passing in pairs for 10 minutes.
